STEMulation Escape Room is an Edutainment production company that creates STEMulating educational experiences and resources that promote equitable anti-racist beliefs & practices.
We were founded from a desire to no longer let other people narrate, dictate, or experiment with Black folks’ life stories especially when it involves our futures.
Each of our escape room projects bring together diverse and creative Black & Brown STEM talents to create and play with the realities we all wished we lived in — and spark curiosity with the possibilities.
Our first escape room box — SpaceBox — does this by mixing STEM, Afrofuturism, Speculative Fiction, and a good bit of corny jokes (we have a good time in our creative meetings) to envision FUBU space exploration.
Our dope team commits to these STEMulating experiences to narrate the brilliance we’ve always known within Black & Brown STEM culture. The brilliance with no constraints from a status quo. The brilliance that can inspire an equitable and overall better generation for STEM innovation!
